In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "3c444," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the 3c444 online gaming platform, operating under an international gaming license.
• "Platform" refers to the website accessible at https://3c444.app and any associated mobile applications, sub-domains, APIs, and related services.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 3c444 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration and verification on the 3c444 Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on any game, sporting event, or other wagering product available through the 3c444 Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or reward issued to a Player's Account by 3c444 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 3c444 prior to permitting deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the base currency of all financial transactions on the 3c444 Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the 3c444 Platform is prohibited under applicable law or operator policy.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

By accessing the 3c444 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 3c444 Platform and close your Account.

These Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between you and 3c444 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

These Terms shall be read in conjunction with 3c444's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and supplementary rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary rules expressly state otherwise.

To register an Account on the 3c444 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are 21 years of age or older. 3c444 enforces a strict minimum age policy and requires CNIC-based verification for all accounts without exception.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 3c444 or any affiliated company.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 3c444 Platform or had an Account terminated for cause.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

Each player is permitted to maintain one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment instruments — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3c444 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

3c444 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. No deposit, withdrawal, or real-money gameplay will be permitted until KYC verification has been completed to 3c444's satisfaction.

As part of the KYC process, you may be required to provide the following documents:

• A clear copy of your valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) — both front and back sides;
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account in your name);
• A selfie or live photograph holding your CNIC, if requested by the verification team.

All documents submitted must be genuine, current, and unaltered. Submission of forged, manipulated, or fraudulent documentation constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the relevant authorities.

3c444 may request updated verification documents at any time during the lifecycle of an Account, including in connection with a withdrawal request, a change of personal details, or as part of a periodic compliance review. Failure to cooperate with verification requests within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not permit any other person to access or use your Account.
• You must use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) — this is strongly recommended and may be required for certain withdrawal amounts.
• You must notify 3c444 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

3c444 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details by any means, including email, live chat, telephone, or social media. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 3c444 immediately.

All activity conducted through your Account — including all Wagers placed and all transactions initiated — will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified 3c444 of suspected unauthorised access. 3c444 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

All deposits made to the 3c444 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 3c444 currently accepts deposits via the following methods:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• EasyPaisa (mobile wallet)
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) bank transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) bank transfer
• Meezan Bank transfer

The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing fees will be displayed at the time of the transaction. 3c444 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which 3c444 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits must be funded exclusively from payment instruments that are registered in your own name and that you are legally authorised to use. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment sources, or instruments belonging to other individuals are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of the deposited funds.

3c444 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks on deposits at any time. You may be required to provide evidence of the legitimate origin of deposited funds. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation may result in the relevant funds being withheld pending investigation.

Withdrawals from the 3c444 Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on your verified Account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount will be displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard at the time of request.
• Any active Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements must be satisfied before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• 3c444 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding stated thresholds or where anti-money laundering checks are triggered.

Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours for fully verified accounts in good standing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically clear within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are generally credited within one business day of processing.

3c444 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, source-of-funds review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, 3c444 will notify the Player and provide an estimated timeline for resolution where possible.

3c444 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to these Terms and any specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters specific to that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all 3c444 bonuses and promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only, as defined in each promotion's specific terms.
• Each Player may claim each promotion once only, regardless of the number of devices used to access the Platform.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash.
• 3c444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or other prohibited strategies — will result in forfeiture of all bonus-related funds and may result in Account suspension.

Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of each promotion before opting in. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of the promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

All games available on the 3c444 Platform — including live dealer casino games, slots, instant-win titles, and sports betting markets — operate under independently audited random number generation (RNG) systems. The house edge applicable to each game is published in the relevant game information panel and is not subject to adjustment by 3c444 outside of the published parameters.

Players acknowledge and accept that:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3c444 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the 3c444 Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party;

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;

• Engaging in bonus abuse, including through coordinated multi-account exploitation of promotional offers;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 3c444 staff or other players.

3c444 monitors Platform activity continuously for indicators of prohibited conduct. Detection of any prohibited activity will trigger an investigation, during which the relevant Account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held.

3c444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable and starts to feel compulsive, stressful, or financially damaging, Players are strongly encouraged to use the tools available in the 3c444 responsible gaming dashboard.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players at no cost, accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit to your Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased without a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. You will receive an on-screen notification when your session limit is approaching.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period. Once your loss limit is reached, further gameplay is suspended until the period resets.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your 3c444 Account with no option to reopen. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible.

3c444 staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling behaviour and may proactively contact Players whose activity patterns suggest potential harm. 3c444 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account at its discretion where it believes such restrictions are in the Player's best interests.

All content, materials, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the 3c444 Platform are the exclusive property of 3c444 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property owned by 3c444 or its licensors.

You may access and use the 3c444 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You are expressly prohibited from:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or transmitting any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 3c444;
• Modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works based on Platform content;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform;
• Using any 3c444 trademark, logo, or brand asset for any commercial purpose without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3c444 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Any loss arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, server interruptions, or telecommunications outages outside 3c444's reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials;
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any sports data, odds, or live streaming content provided through the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 3c444's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. 3c444's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

3c444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime;
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so;
• At the Player's own request (including self-exclusion).

Upon Account closure for cause, 3c444 may, at its discretion, withhold any Account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any withheld real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method. Bonus Funds are non-refundable in all circumstances.

A Player who wishes to voluntarily close their Account for any reason may do so by contacting 3c444 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within standard withdrawal processing times.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 3c444 Platform, you must follow the procedure set out below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a written description of your dispute to 3c444 customer support, including your Account username, the date and time of the relevant event, the game or market concerned, and the specific outcome you are disputing.
2. Step 2 — Initial Review: 3c444 will acknowledge receipt of your dispute within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. During this period, 3c444 may request additional information or documentation from you.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied with 3c444's response, you may escalate the dispute to the relevant licensing authority or an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. Details of the applicable authority will be provided in 3c444's response to your dispute.

All disputes must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. 3c444 will not consider disputes submitted outside this window except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

3c444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — 3c444 will provide notice of the changes via email to the address registered on your Account and by displaying a notice on the Platform for a period of not less than seven days prior to the changes taking effect.

For minor amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or changes required by law), 3c444 may update these Terms without advance notice. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 3c444 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and notify 3c444 that you wish to close your Account.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 3c444's operating entity is incorporated under its international gaming license.

The parties agree that any legal proceedings arising from a dispute not resolved through the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the Player's country of residence.

Nothing in this clause shall limit any Player's statutory rights under mandatory applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded or waived by contract.
